Delivery Policy

Article 1 – Delivery Areas
Deliveries are made exclusively within the territory of Morocco.

Article 2 – Delivery Times
Delivery times are calculated from the actual collection of the parcel by the carrier from the supplier.
Average timeframe: 3 to 7 business days.

Article 3 – Liability
Netfardo cannot be held liable for delays caused by:

• a supplier;

• a carrier;

• a force majeure event.

Article 4 – Delivery Fees
Delivery fees vary depending on the geographic area and the conditions applied by partner carriers.
