Return Policy

Article 1 – Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with legal provisions, the Client has a period of 7 calendar days from receipt of the product to notify their intention to return an item.

Article 2 – Return Conditions
The product must be returned complete, intact, and in its original packaging.
Return costs may be charged to the Client, except in the case of defective or non-conforming products.

Article 3 – Exchange and Refund

• Priority to exchange: when the product is available, it will be replaced (size, equivalent model).

• Refund: only granted if an exchange is impossible.

• Refunds are issued using the same payment method as the initial order.

Article 4 – Misuse
In cases of excessive or abusive returns, Netfardo reserves the right to place the Client on a blacklist.
A blacklisted Client will be refused any future orders.
Blacklist information may be shared with partner logistics companies.
