Article 1 – Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “Terms”) govern the use of the website www.netfardo.com (hereinafter “the Site”), as well as all contractual relations between DS Solutions S.A.R.L, registered with the Casablanca Trade Register under number 480879 (hereinafter “the Operator” or “Netfardo”), and any user or client (hereinafter “the Client”).
Article 2 – Nature of the Service
Netfardo operates as an online marketplace. Products offered for sale are supplied by third-party vendors listed on the platform. Netfardo acts as an intermediary between Clients and such suppliers, without being a producer or manufacturer.
Article 3 – Account Creation
Creating a user account is mandatory to place an order. The Client agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information. The Operator reserves the right to suspend any account containing false, incomplete, or fraudulent information.
Article 4 – VIP Deposit
Access to Premium services (discounted prices, Cash on Delivery, affiliation) is subject to the payment of a refundable deposit.
This deposit is refunded at the Client’s request upon account closure, provided no misuse has occurred.
In the event of repeated refusals of delivery or excessive returns, the Operator may withhold part or all of the deposit.
Article 5 – Orders and Payment

VIP members: Cash on Delivery.

Non-VIP members: full prepayment (bank transfer or card).

Invoices are issued by partner suppliers in accordance with applicable regulations.
Article 6 – Delivery
Delivery times are calculated from the moment the product is collected by the carrier from the supplier, and not from the order confirmation date.
Indicative timeframe: 3 to 7 business days.
The Operator shall not be held liable for delays attributable to suppliers or carriers.
Article 7 – Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
The Client has a legal period of 7 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of return.
All returns must be notified in advance to customer service.
Principle: exchange takes precedence over refund.
Refunds will only be granted if an exchange is impossible (out of stock or permanent unavailability of the product).
After 7 days, no returns will be accepted.
Article 8 – Misuse and Blacklist
Any Client who repeatedly returns products or abusively refuses delivery may be placed on a blacklist.
Such registration entails the refusal of any future orders on netfardo.com and, where applicable, on partner platforms.
Netfardo reserves the right to share this information with partner carriers.
Article 9 – Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Casablanca.
